A key aspect that differentiates the FUELSHOT GEN III from other fuel tuners is the load sensing ability fuel adjument capabilities of the unit.
Rather than relying on a fixed map, the FUELSHOT GEN III utilised advanced programming that will determine fuel requirements for different load conditions and add fuel accordingly.
We recently had an 04 HD Fatboy come in with SE SlipOn exhaust and SE aircleaner.
The graphs to the left and right show the Air Fuel Ratio Command in RED (signal sent by the Stock ECM) and the Actual in GREEN (as measured with Wide Band O2 Sensors).
As can be seen, the before graph was running very lean which would ultimately result in Engine Damage/ Failure.
After the installation, the AFR varies with load, provide a more optimal combustion condition.
